Storms and heavy rains have laid bare the sheer scale of the destruction wreaked by massive fires on the Greek island of Evia, with communities now forced to deal with flooding and mudslides.
After a summer of record temperatures igniting unprecedented wildfires across Greece, authorities in affected regions have now been put on the defensive as the nation has been hit by a second bout of severe weather in less than a week.
